Getting started

Three steps to your first quantity discount.

1. 1. Create a campaign
   Go to Campaigns → Create campaign and define your quantity tiers (for example, "Buy 3, save 10%").
2. 2. Turn on the widget app embed
   Go to App embeds in your theme editor, turn on Tierly's "Quantity breaks (auto)", and Save. The widget appears automatically below your product price — no placement needed.
3. 3. Activate and you're live
   Once the campaign is active, the discount applies automatically at checkout — no coupon codes needed.

Frequently asked questions

How does the discount actually work?

Tierly applies the discount at checkout through a Shopify Function. It never edits your products' real prices, so your catalog stays clean and the right amount comes off automatically when a customer qualifies.

How do I show the widget on my product page?

Open your theme editor, go to App embeds, turn on Tierly's "Quantity breaks (auto)", and Save. The widget appears automatically below your product price — no placement needed. (The Tierly app block is still available if you'd rather place it manually somewhere else.)

Can I schedule campaigns?

You can create a campaign and activate or deactivate it whenever you want. Built-in start/end scheduling is on the roadmap; for now, activate a campaign when you want it live and deactivate it when you're done.

What happens when I uninstall Tierly?

Because the discount lives in a Shopify Function and never touches your real prices, uninstalling leaves your catalog exactly as it was. No leftover discounted prices, no manual cleanup.

What's the difference between the plans?

All plans include every feature — unlimited campaigns and quantity tiers, widget customization, and built-in analytics. The difference is how much revenue Tierly can generate for your store per billing cycle: Free covers up to $300, Starter up to $1,000, Growth up to $5,000, and Unlimited has no cap. If you reach your plan's limit, your live campaigns keep running — you just can't create or activate new ones until you upgrade. See current pricing on the Plans page.

Do customers need a coupon code?

No. The discount is automatic — when a customer's cart qualifies for a tier, the savings apply at checkout without any code to enter.
